Covid-19 has changed the face of health across the globe. As businesses try to deal with financial challenges from an ongoing pandemic, a focus on the health of employess has become more than ever another issue facing companies today in order to curb any further decrease in productivity. 

Amid the global pandemic, employees themselves are struggling to handle a shifting work dynamic and so organizations must prioritize and encourage a healthy lifestyle among staff by providing support  to encourage company growth. Workplace wellness initiatives are cost-effective strategies to promote good eating habits, regular exercise, destressors and proper sleep, among other habits that can help keep diseases at bay.  

With new Covid variants appearing, our future is for the first time a very uncertain one. We are already in the midst of obesity, diabetes, heart diasese and a cancer epidemic. You must provide measures that can be preventative rather than curative. Your employees will spend a third of their lives working. Is it not in your vested interest to have healthy employees as the image and the future of your company? My presentation on living a healthier, happier and longer life is purely science-backed. My objective is to explain to workers in simple terms the effects a bad diet and unhealthy lifestyle can have on our bodies. How detrimental it can be to their future not only as an employee but also as a friend, and family member. Furthermore, through some simple changes to their lifestyle, they can get back on track to living a healthier and happier life, which is beneficial to them and thus to your business. I strongly believe in educating, encouraging and empowering people to take control of their own health.  

As well as talks I can also provide guidance on restaurant or canteen menus. I can help workers tyring to navigate shift work and I can provide individual tailored-made Lifestyle Plans.
